When you call us, visit our showroom, or book a planning session, we collect only what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, email address, project address, and the details of the kitchen project you describe to us. This website itself does not require you to create an account or submit forms to browse.
Analytics
We use Burst Statistics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that runs on our own server. It does not use tracking cookies, does not build advertising profiles, and does not share your browsing data with third parties. It tells us which pages are visited so we can make the site more useful.
How We Use Your Information
Contact and project information is used to schedule your planning session, prepare your LiDAR scan and proposal, and communicate about your project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
Sharing
Project information is shared only with the subcontractors, suppliers, and permitting authorities directly involved in delivering your remodel, and only to the extent necessary to do the work.
Retention & Your Rights
We keep project records as long as required for warranty service and Florida contractor record-keeping obligations. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (239) 237-7000.
